Unlike Boxercise classes which typically have you throwing punches in the air and imagining a target; Power The Core teaches you how to throw a punch correctly, gives you a target to hit, and is taught by a real boxing coach. Beginners are walked through the basic steps and will progress quickly because of the detailed instruction.
As you advance with the boxing knowledge the combinations will become increasingly difficult always pushing you to your physical and mental limit.
